01. How do we book you for the wedding?
You can start the booking process by filling out my inquiry form. Once submitted, the Your Moments Photography team will reach out with your personalized quote, contract details, and everything you need to officially secure your session!
02. Do you travel for destination weddings? What are the travel fees?
Absolutely! I love capturing love stories in new places — whether it’s the mountains, the coast, or beyond California. I’m happy to travel wherever your story takes me.
Travel fees are calculated based on round-trip mileage. Each travel quote is customized to ensure transparency and accuracy before booking.
03. How far in advance should we book?
I recommend booking as early as possible, most couples and families reserve their sessions 3 to 6 months in advance, while weddings are often booked 8 to 12 months ahead. However, don’t hesitate to reach out even if your date is sooner — I occasionally have last-minute openings!
04. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
I understand that unexpected changes can happen. For weddings and events, I ask for at least 90 days’ notice to reschedule or cancel. This allows me to adjust availability and accommodate your new date whenever possible.
Cancellations made without proper notice will result in the forfeiture of your retainer, as it secures your date exclusively on my calendar.
